For the 2008 program year, the DBA has committed to its members to provide: ACCESS to public officials and decision-makers (via a monthly Access Forum) INFORMATION regarding downtown issues (via monthly Information Round Tables) NETWORKING our members with the community (via our web page & directory) REPRESENTATION of our member's views to elected officials & the community. Affordable membership is your way of saying you believe in Downtown Bakersfield... that you want to be heard, that you want information, that you want a stronger downtown!
